On completion of the course trainees will have an understanding of the following, safety rules and operating procedures, importance of good maintenance and safe operation. stability and mobility considerations when operating equipment, carry-out pre-shift checks and daily maintenance on their machine, drive the machine safely and competently and manoeuvre in a forward and reverse direction with a trailed implement
